I’m alaskan

I have lived, worked and raised a family in the Mat-Su Valley for the last 44 years.

I’m a proud Military Mom

I have a strong commitment to duty and family ties to military service. My two sons graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point (Army). I am a wife to a West Point graduate, and my father served in the Canadian Infantry in Italy during WWII.

I’m a small business owner

After 30 years in public service; 20 years as an Anchorage Police Dispatch Supervisor, and 10 years with the State Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, I now operate our family’s small, remote lodge.

I’m a hunting operator & 2A advocate

I am a licensed big game transporter under the Big Game Commercial Services Board, and strong supporter of the Second Amendment.

I serve the Mat-Su community

I currently serve as Secretary on the Matanuska Valley Fish & Game Advisory Committee. I was a board member on the State Big Game Commercial Services Board, and chaired the Transporter Subcommittee.

I have decades of volunteer time with local and state organizations ranging from focuses on causes for youth, seniors, Alaska Native, sports and animal welfare.

I live the valley way of life

I use the valley just like you - I hunt, fish, shoot, hike, and snow shoe. I love to watch rugby, college football, baseball, and softball.

I was raised to give back and serve my community. My actions show commitment to show-up and be present for those I will represent. I’ll work to build unity back to the assembly, not divisiveness or self-service.
